Coaching

Definition

The Coaching is a mixed form between assistant and consultant. It allows another point of view on the business. It allows to exchange ideas and opinions, on facts (business, ideas, etc.), as well as on more personal topics (behavior, people management, mood, ideas, etc.).

The coach can also have an assistant function and help in the conceptual work, work on his own on special tasks, etc.

The coach is a confidant, with whom anything can be shared, without any fears of the consequences.

Working with a coach or several coaches is a sign of power and self-confidence.

Methods

After a first analyzis, the method and the next steps will be defined and a first estimation of time and costs will be done.

All the well known project management, delegation, working in group, interviews, brain storming, brain mapping, awareness raising, methods can be used, as the case arises.

Based on our long coaching experience during the past years, we have a long list of cases. However this way of working requires, confidentiality, as an essential quality. So we do not publish reference lists for these mandates. How ever we are ready to discuss some similar cases, if required.

Fees

Fees are variable and depend on the form and complexity of the mandate. The fees can be defined as a fix hour fee, a global amount fixed per month or a defined period or also as a percentage of a defined profit or cost saving, occuring through the coaching.

Fees are agreed upon during the first meeting(s), where the contract will be discussed and defined, together with the involved parties.

In the case of a complicated coaching, a detailed offer will be worked out and submitted to the involved parties.
